PulseTerms of Service
The agreement between you and Gouda Studios for using Pulse.

1. Draft notice
This document is currently a structural draft. The full terms of service will be published before Pulse v1.0 launches publicly. The headings below indicate the sections that will be filled in.

2. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using Pulse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install the app.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Pulse is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. The Founders Rate is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, available to the first 10,000 subscribers and locked in for the duration of an active subscription. Standard pricing applies to subscribers beyond the Founders cap.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in System Settings (macOS) or Settings (iOS) under Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Credit packs
Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases that extend your AI quota beyond the included monthly allowance. Bought credits never expire — they roll over forever as long as your account exists. Included monthly credits do not roll over.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pulse to harass, surveil, or violate the privacy of anyone. Pulse is intended for managing your own professional relationships, not for stalking, doxxing, or building unauthorized contact databases on third parties.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Pulse is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated insights are accurate, that signals will surface every relevant event, or that the app will be free from bugs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gouda Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pulse.
